Below are some of the areas of our expertise along with some of the projects we have completed:

• Design in collaboration with the technical office manager of jet-grouting plants, including triplex pumps, mixing plants and storage tanks with agitators, mixing and injection plants for jet-grouting, manuals, preparation, and implementation of ISO documentation for inspection visits with the certifying body, and inspection visits with the certifying body regarding the design aspect. Software used: AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Design in collaboration with various project managers for oil drilling plants. Software used: Creo 2.0 and Windchill.
• Design in collaboration with the technical office manager of painting plants for light alloy wheels for cars and trucks. Software used: Inventor.
• Design in collaboration with the technical office manager and project managers of centrifugal pumps of various sizes, both vertical and horizontal. Software used: Creo 2.0 and Windchill.
• Customization of various types of lubrication systems, grease or oil pumps, and distributors according to specific client requests. Retrofitting of grease or oil pumps, both gear and piston types.
• Design in collaboration with the technical office manager of food packaging plants, such as heat sealers, design and modernization of conveyor belts, and customized design of molds for welding preformed food trays. The sealing can be done by welding only, vacuum, or with gas (MAP) and skin.

• Design in collaboration with project managers of various types of plants, such as:

  • Rotogravure printing machines
  • Cutting machines
  • Automatic welding plants
  • Machine tools for steel processing
  • Machine tools for wood processing
  • Plastic film extrusion machines, including extruders, chill rolls, and winders

  Software used: SolidWorks and SolidWorks EPDM, Autodesk Inventor, Catia V5, PTC Creo, Windchill.
